**UPDATE: Here’s a video of the one and only, Kolo’s Journey……***
Everybody has the “best” idea for an app. 99% of the time, it’s either been done already or something close to their idea will hit the app store soon. Kolo’s Journey is the exception.
Trey Smith is an affiliate/Internet marketer by day, but who knew he was an iPhone app creator by night? Truth be told, he’s not. Trey ran a recent promotion for Kolo’s Journey, where he shows you exactly how to make an iPhone app, if you rate the app. Great promotion, great game.
Kolo is cute orange character that dances to the music in the background. As the music plays, and Kolo gets his groove on, “Simon-sez” like buttons light up in different patterns. On the third loop of the music, you have to tap the buttons and repeat the pattern that was just shown. That’s it (I said it was great, not hard).
Most of the time I’m not into these types of games, i.e. Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Burn the Rope, etc., but there’s something different about Kolo. “It’s gotta be the shoes,” ok, it’s not the shoes, but it has to be the music. As soon as I turned the game on, everyone in the room started to get their groove on.
I don’t know if the promotion is still running, but either way, for $0.99, Kolo should be jammin’ on your iPhone.
Have you played Kolo’s Journey? Did you get the promotion? Leave a comment below and let me know!
